Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved:

All TV channels are copyrighted by their respective owners. We claim no ownership, connection, affiliation, with any of the TV channels played on this site. We are neither producers nor editor of the content uploaded or streamed on The Medical Webinars, hence the responsibility rests with the individual TV-Channel subscribers managing their uploaded or streamed content.

Reporting inappropriate content

We have provided a facility to Report any content that you consider as inappropriate on various grounds such as copyright breach, obscenity, spreading  ethnic, religious, ethnic hatred and defamation (list not exhaustive).

The Medical Webinars may contain paid advertisements from advertising companies. The Medical Webinars is neither an advocate nor a business partner of the products being advertised on it’s web site. The advertisements on the space of individual subscribers are controlled by them directly and any inappropriateness can also be reported to the Medical Webinars management fora review.

Our Liability

Our liability is limited and excluded to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with our website, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise.
